Erika Soga Med
Was born in Nagoya, Japan. Grew up Billingual, and bicultural. Attended Nanazan University (Nagoya, Japan) for undergraduate in the field of Billingual Development and English Education. Later obtained her Master of Education in the field TESOL, Literacy, and Culture at University of San Diego. She has taught at the Salvation Army, VIPKID, Converse International Languge School, and private tutoring. She currently does private tutoring teaching Japanese. During her graduate school wanted to study how English can be taught through storytelling. Has always strived to encorporate culture, and student interest into curriculum. Through challenging, but providing support she encourages student participation, and growth.
